University of Basra discusses a seminar about ((problematic culture of investment)):

A seminar was discussed in the of Financial and Banking science  at the college of Administration and Economics at Basra University entitled (Problematic Culture of Investment) for the Dr. Ali Majid Al Hammadi.

Many Arab countries lack legislation and laws that promote investment culture such as security laws related to the possibility of moving from one post and the laws of discretion on debt in the case of bankruptcy, unlike the United States with a system and a culture that encourages investment.
