THESIS DISCUSSION:
On Monday, 7/15/2019, a doctoral thesis at the College of Administration and Economics at Basra University examined the impact of the interaction of financial decisions with the value of the company in light of financial constraints - an analytical study of a sample of companies listed on the Kuwait Market and Dubai Stock Exchange for the period 2008-2016.
The thesis submitted by the student Muhammad Jassim Muhammad included five chapters. The first chapter dealt with an introduction to the study and its motivation. Each problem, hypothesis, importance and objectives of the study were formulated and the second chapter was devoted to the theoretical framework on study variables and financial constraints, while the third chapter came to explain the approved study methodology, including a description of the community and the sample of the study And its hypothetical model and the fourth chapter concerned with the results of the study, while the study concluded in its fifth and last section with the most important recommendations.
The study aimed at presenting and discussing the theoretical knowledge of the study variables and the framework of theories on which the behavioral equations of decisions are based, standing on the intellectual dialectic and the philosophical implications of each, testing the interaction of financial decisions and determining the effect of this interaction with the value of the company in light of financial constraints.
The researcher recommended the need to use financial indicators and benchmarks that reflect the availability of investment offers for companies and the need for managers of companies to pay attention to the study sample and Iraqi companies about the importance of the interaction of financial and tangential decisions that accompany them.
