A MASTER'S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES THE MONETARY EFFECTS OF FISCAL POLICY IN IRAQ FOR THE PERIOD (2003-2020):
On Tuesday 27/12/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master's thesis in the Department of Economics on (the monetary effects of fiscal policy in Iraq for the period (2003-2020).
The researcher's thesis (Zahraa Haider Abdel-Jabbar Al-Battat) aims to research and analyze the paths of fiscal policy for all its aspects represented in public expenditures and public revenues.
The thesis recommended the necessity of activating other sources of non-oil revenues and giving them a greater role to contribute to maximizing revenues because continuous dependence on oil revenues will lead to a continuous imbalance in the public budget.
