A LECTURER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH PARTICIPATES IN GIVING A LECTURE ENTITLED “STRATEGIC PLANNING IN THE BASRA COUNCIL MEETING”            
The Prof. Dr. Abdul-Ridha Faraj Badrawi participated in the meeting of the University of Basrah Council, which was held at the College of Education –Al qurna on Saturday 14/5/2022 and in the presence of the President of the University Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen, the scientific administrative assistants, the deans, the Director of the Marine Science Center and its secretariat The council and some heads of the main departments at the university.
The participation included a valuable administrative lecture entitled (Strategic Planning), a statement of its concept and importance, and a set of proposals, including holding intensive workshops to increase understanding of the paths adopted by the university to occupy prominent positions in international rankings.
The lecture aimed to identify the strategic direction of the university and to present the model adopted by the University for the Strategic Planning Process, in addition to identifying the difficulties in the impact of programs and projects that lead to the desired goals by adopting the required performance indicators.
