BASRA UNIVERSITY ORGANIZES THE ANNUAL CULTURAL FESTIVAL ON THE OCCASION OF THE UNIVERSITY DAY CELEBRATIONS         
The Student Activities Unit at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Student Cultural Forum organized on Wednesday 30/3/2022 and on the gardens of the Central Library in the Bab Al-Zubair Colleges Complex its annual cultural festival on the occasion of the University Day celebrations.
The Associate Dean of the College for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Saddam, said that the festival came on the occasion of the fifty-fifth anniversary of the founding of Basra University and included the presentation of three theatrical performances and a group of poets, musicians and vocalists.
The festival aims to spread the spirit of hope and optimism among students and celebrate them and with them at the University of Basra in order to inspire lessons and urge them to practice science, increase skills and maintain university ethics away from the presence of influences that seek to distort the image of the university.
