Issued for Professor at the college  of Administration  and Economics at University of Basra Professor (Raja Abdullah Issa Al Salem) book with a group of economic researchers entitled Studies in Economics and Environment,  
The book, which included 398 pages on four chapters highlighted theoretical and practical bases For the economics  of performance and various fields for its importance in promoting the economies of States, both developed or less developed.
