On Tuesday 14/9/2021 the College of Administration and Economics discussed a Master of Business Administration thesis on the impact of electronic human resources management on organizational excellence: Human capital as an interactive variable - an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of employees at the University of Basra.
The thesis of the researcher (Ahmed Abdul Saud Al-Mattouri) aims to test the interactive role of human capital in the relationship between electronic human resources management and organizational excellence at the University of Basra.
The thesis concluded that there is a positive impact relationship between electronic human resources management and organizational excellence, as well as an interactive role for the variable (human capital) between both electronic human resources management and organizational excellence.
