Issued by the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, Issue No. (29) Volume (14) for the month of June of the year 2021 of the Administrative Studies journal, which is a specialized scientific periodical and a semi-annual court concerned with administrative studies.
The journal included (10) administrative researches of (277) pages, about the House of Books for Printing and Publishing at the University of Basra.
The issue was reviewed in search of the impact of human resource flexibility on organizational performance, and another research on the impact of creative thinking in achieving organizational excellence.
