The fourth and last chapter came as the most important Conclusions and recommendations.
The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of the elements of the logistical information system on the effectiveness of investment decisions in the Basra Water Directorate. The research also aims to use logistical information systems, which are meaningful data, and the institution or department needs information in order to be able to link its various parts to achieve its objectives as well as to adapt to the reality of the department successfully.

The study found several recommendations that help increase the impact of logistical information systems on the effectiveness of investment decision-making as well as in its speed.
