The Higher Diploma research in Project Management discussed ((Economic feasibility study and its impact on the success of projects)) - a case study in Basra Cement Factory.
The aim of the research presented by the student (Jamal Tali Ganass) is to focus on studying the economic feasibility of any project, collecting information about the proposed project and analyzing it to know the feasibility of implementation and reduce the risks when established, to make a comparison between the new opportunities that the project seeks to present.
The researcher concluded that there is a positive relationship between the economic feasibility study and the success of the projects as it provides a comprehensive vision of what the project will be, and also reached the need to pay attention to every stage of the economic feasibility studies, since interest in it and all its channels and joints is the basis for building a successful and effective project.
