UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES GUIDANCE SEMINAR ON TIME MANAGEMENT

The College of Administration and Economics, through its Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, organized a guidance seminar on time management, scheduling, and punctuality.

The seminar aimed to highlight the importance of time as a fundamental resource for students, address the challenges of procrastination and distraction, and demonstrate the role of flexible schedules and dividing courses to reduce stress and enhance academic performance.

The seminar, presented by Dr. Shrouq Khalaf Latif, Dr. Ban Yassin Makki, and lecturer Mayada Kadhim Natoush, included demonstrations of practical time management and prioritization skills.

The seminar recommended the importance of weekly evaluation of the study plan and its adjustment to achieve a healthy balance between studying and rest.
