UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES RECYCLING EXHIBITION

The Department of Economics at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah, organized a recycling exhibition as part of its efforts to promote environmental awareness and instill sustainability concepts among students.

The exhibition aimed to highlight the importance of utilizing and recycling various types of waste, encourage positive environmental behaviors, and pave the way for adopting the principles of the circular economy, which contributes to environmental protection and achieving sustainable development.

The exhibition, held under the supervision of Dr. Nadwa Hilal Jawda, featured recycled projects created by third-year students from the General and Petroleum branches of the Department of Economics. These projects reflected creative ideas for reuse and resource conservation.
