THE AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA VISITS THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRA.                                                                                  

On Sunday morning 1/31/2021, the Ambassador of the Republic of India, Mr. Pradeep Singh, accompanied by the President of Basra University Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi visited the Book Gallery in the Central Library on the Bab Al-Zubair Colleges website at Basra University.

The visit aims to strengthen cooperation between the Presidency of the University of Basra and the State of India through the exchange of scientific, cultural and knowledge experiences to advance the educational reality between them.

The Ambassador inaugurated the Indian Global Corner at the Central Library, which contains the history and culture of the State of India and its scientific and cultural activities.

It is noteworthy that the College of Administration and Economics has enriched the exhibition with many publications and various specialized scientific publications that meet the needs of professors and students of Basra University.
