BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH ‘’THE ROLE OF CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS IN MANAGING THE NARGES CONTRACTING COMPANY FOR SANITATION PROJECTS IN QIBLA’’

The study discussed the Higher Diploma in Business Administration ((The role of critical success factors in managing the Narges Contracting Company for sanitation projects in Qibla)).

The aim of the research presented by the student (Hayawi Hadi Abd Ali) was to identify and study the critical factors that contributed to the success of the projects, as well as to determine the criteria for success in the project and the most important and influential in the success of the projects in the Narges Contracting and Trading Company.

The researcher concluded by analyzing the reality of the variables that make up the specific critical success factors (administrative work, project procedures, external conditions, human factors, and factors associated with the project) and in light of the responses of the sample members in order to achieve the success of project management.

The researcher recommended that part of the project budget should be allocated for the purpose of taking care of the number of engineering cadres responsible for managing the project in a manner that ensures the completion of projects within the agreed limits (time and cost) and with specific specifications (quality), as well as the need to pay attention to the services sector as one of the pillars that contribute to the country's infrastructure from  By providing job opportunities for all disciplines and on a large scale.
