BASRA UNIVERSITY MEETS REPRESENTATIVES OF THE INDUSTRY FEDERATION AND UNIDO:

On Tuesday morning 2021/1/26, Prof. Dr. Abdel-Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, Dean of the College met with representatives of the Federation of Industry and UNIDO in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs Dr. Naeem Sabah Jarrah and some department heads, and it was agreed to set up courses to support small projects funded by the Central Bank of Iraq.

Dr. Abdul-Hussein Tawfiq showed that these courses will include economic feasibility studies, comprehensive quality, and budget preparation.

The dean indicated that it is intended to hold another meeting to discuss the details of these projects, and specialists and officials in Basra as well as directors of private and government banks will be invited to study the method through which small and even medium projects will be financed
