UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES SCIENTIFIC TRIP TO THE CENTRAL BANK OF IRAQ – BASRAH BRANCH
The College of Administration and Economics, Department of Accounting, at the University of Basrah organized a scientific trip to the Central Bank of Iraq, Basrah Branch, to enhance students' practical skills and connect them with the financial work environment. During the trip, participants learned about the Central Bank's functions and its role in implementing monetary policy and managing cash flow, in addition to banking supervision mechanisms, electronic payment systems, and development project financing programs.
Several college members from the department participated alongside second-year students, as part of the department's efforts to provide practical educational experiences that contribute to preparing students for the job market according to sound professional standards.
