UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH IS INVESTIGATING THE ESTIMATION OF THE SURVIVAL FUNCTION OF THE INVERSE EXPONENTIAL SOGA DISTRIBUTION USING THE BAYESIAN GENETIC ALGORITHM
A master's thesis was conducted at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah, Department of Statistics, on (Some Bayesian genetic estimators in estimating the survival function of the inverse exponential Soga distribution).
The thesis submitted by researcher (Rahma Abdul Zahra Matar) aims to propose a probabilistic model for the inverse exponential Soga distribution and estimate the survival function of the proposed distribution using one of the most important artificial intelligence algorithms.
The thesis included an evaluation of the estimation methods used to estimate the survival function through a Monte Carlo simulation study.
The thesis concluded that the proposed distribution (EISD) is better suited to representing this data.
The letter recommended adopting the results of survival estimates and using the proposed distribution in other studies.
