THE DEAN OF THE COLLEGE PARTICIPATES IN THE SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING OF THE NATIONAL INITIATIVE FOR THE CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT OF STATE EMPLOYEES:
The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, participated on Wednesday, 10/9/2025, in the meeting of the Subcommittee of the National Initiative for the Capacity Development of state employees, established by Diwani Order No. 19 of 2023, at the General Secretariat of the Prime Minister's Office.
The meeting reviewed the results of an analytical study of the outcomes of the Higher Diploma program in the specializations of strategic planning, local administration, and total quality management, based on data from ministries, departments, governorates, and universities. Participants also discussed proposals submitted by relevant ministries and entities, which focused on opening new specializations such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, intellectual security, and the Higher Diploma in Administrative and Electronic Government, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
The participants made a number of necessary recommendations and submitted them to higher authorities for appropriate decisions.
