A MASTER'S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH EXAMINES ((THE INTERACTIVE ROLE OF DIGITAL LEADERSHIP IN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CRITICAL FACTORS OF CYBERSECURITY AND MARITIME CYBER PERFORMANCE)):

A master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah examined "The Interactive Role of Digital Leadership in the Relationship between Critical Factors of Cyber security and Maritime Cyber Performance" - a field study at the Iraqi General Company for Maritime Transport.

The thesis presented by researcher (Aws Osama Abdel Aziz) aims to explore the relationship between critical factors of cyber security and maritime cyber performance, through the interactive role of digital leadership in enhancing this relationship, within the maritime work environment represented by the Iraqi General Company for Maritime Transport.

The thesis concluded that there is a direct, positive, and significant relationship between critical cyber security factors and maritime cyber performance, and that digital leadership plays a positive, interactive role that strengthens this relationship.
The letter recommended enhancing attention to critical cyber security factors and adopting digital leadership practices to ensure the development of maritime cyber performance at the General Maritime Transport Company.
