A MASTER'S THESIS EXAMINES THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RISK MANAGEMENT AND MARITIME LOGISTICS SERVICES WITH KNOWLEDGE SHARING AS A MODERATING VARIABLE:
A master's thesis research at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah (Knowledge sharing as a moderating variable of the relationship between risk management and maritime logistics services / A survey study of a sample of maritime logistics workers at the General Company for Iraqi Ports).
The thesis presented by the student Murad Muhammad Abd Ali  aims to determine the level of maritime logistics services at the General Company for Iraqi Ports and to understand the nature of the relationship between risk management and maritime logistics services, while testing the role of the moderating variable (knowledge sharing) as an interactive variable in the relationship between them.
The thesis included constructing a hypothetical model that explains the relationship between the variables. It consists of two main hypotheses, from which several hypotheses branch out. The study adopted the exploratory approach to obtain the data and information on which the study was based. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the acceptance of the hypotheses aimed at establishing a correlational relationship and influence between the study variables.
