THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES A SEMINAR ON "THE IMPACT OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT ON THE LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE OF IRAQI PORTS: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AS A MODERATING VARIABLE"
The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra organized a seminar on "The Impact of Total Quality Management on the Logistics Performance of Iraqi Ports: Information Technology as a Moderating Variable."
The seminar, presented by Prof. Dr. Abbas Abdul Hamid Abdul Abbas and researcher Salam Mohammed Khalaf, aimed to diagnose and determine the impact of total quality management on logistics performance, identify the role of information technology in the relationship between total quality management and logistics performance, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of logistics activities.
The seminar addressed a number of valuable observations related to the community and the study sample, identifying it as a suitable sample for the study.
