The higher diploma research in business administration discussed ((Evaluation of partnership projects between the public and private sectors, an exploratory study in the Basra Gas Company))
The aim of the research presented by the student (Zahraa Haafar Ubaid) is to explain the partnership processes between the public and private sectors in managing Basra Gas projects and providing the necessary logistical supplies for this Administration, one of the most important methods that lead to the treatment and development of gas exploitation projects in Iraq which were greatly affected by the economic situation that Iraq suffered from it for several years.
The researcher concluded that the level of companies ‘work is good compared to the World Bank’s standard and that the political factor of public – private partnership limits the work of companies ,and that the legal and regulatory frameworks are unsuccessful due to the differences and disagreements between the authorities running the country.
The researcher recommended the necessity of strengthening the environmental framework for partnership by following up the work of public institutions and the private sectors as well as working on the political factor compatibility between the authorities that manage the country for the purpose of the success of the companies ‘work.
