THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES A CULTURAL FESTIVAL TITLED "THE UNITED HAND OF IRAQ"
The Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Administration and Economics organized a cultural festival titled "The United Hand of Iraq."
The festival was inaugurated by the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Uday Safaa al-Din Fadhel, in partnership with the Basrah Natural History Museum and a group of college members from the College of Administration and Economics.
The festival featured a display of natural artifacts, as well as a presentation on the history of authentic Iraqi civilization from various governorates of beloved Iraq. This included a display of authentic Iraqi clothing and food, as well as a display of students' crafts, tools, and handicrafts, including their artistic paintings that embodied the highest images of unity and brotherhood.
The festival contributed to strengthening unity and cohesion among the people of Iraq, introducing students to the history of Iraqi civilization, and raising awareness of the rich Iraqi civilization, which is considered one of the oldest and most important civilizations in human history.
