BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH ((THE IMPACT OF STRATEGIC THINKING ON THE QUALITY OF JOB LIFE))
The higher diploma in business administration discussed (the impact of strategic thinking on the quality of job life) an applied study in the Shiite endowment directorate in Dhi Qar.
The research presented by the student (AQEEL JAWAD MUHAMMAD) consisted of four chapters, the first chapter dealt with previous studies, the second chapter included the theoretical aspect of the study, and the third semester the practical side, and the fourth and final chapter came with the most important conclusions and recommendations.
The aim of the research is to identify the impact of strategic thinking on the quality of job life in the Shiite endowment directorate in Dhi Qar and to determine the level of availability of job quality removal in the Shiite Endowment directorate in Dhi Qar and show the strategic thinking of the administration which reflects positively on its performance to improve the quality of job life.
The researcher concluded that providing the elements of strategic thinking in the Shiite Endowment directorate in Dhi Qar and providing the elements of quality of job life in the directorate.
The researcher recommended the need to pay attention to the topic of strategic thinking and to knew the element of being an effective and successful tool of modern strategic management to confront changes in the internal environment of the organization and enable these organizations to make optimal use of their strengths, overcome weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities and avoid threats they face.
