UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES AN AWARENESS SEMINAR ENTITLED RAMADAN IS THE MONTH OF CHANGE:
The Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Administration and Economics, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah and the Fruit of Prophecy Team, organized an awareness seminar entitled "Ramadan, the Month of Change... How to Start a New Beginning with God", in which Sheikh Hazem Al-Shahmani gave a lecture.
The seminar was opened with a fragrant recitation from the Holy Qur’an, after which Hazem Al-Shahmani addressed the importance of building the future for students through seriousness and diligence and venturing into life and crossing its slopes for a prosperous future full of knowledge and work. He also explained the importance of adhering to the values and morals that the people of the House of Prophecy and Revelation have always adhered to.
The seminar aimed to introduce the ethics of the holy month of Ramadan and shed light on the importance of adhering to teaching the true religion and the recommendations of the Prophet of Mercy and his pure and good family.
It recommended the need to pay attention to acquiring Islamic knowledge that would develop and advance the individual's personality.
