MASTER'S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH EXAMINES THE IMPACT OF STRATEGIC ALLIANCES IN ENHANCING THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF THE MEDIATING ROLE OF THE STRATEGIC MIND (AN ANALYTICAL STUDY IN IRAQI COMMERCIAL PORTS):
A master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah examined the impact of strategic alliances in enhancing the competitive advantage of Iraqi commercial ports through the mediating role of the strategic mind. 
The thesis presented by master's student Sinan Adnan Abdul Hassan Al-Khafaji, aims to provide practical proposals and guidance to relevant parties on how to enhance the competitive advantage of Iraqi ports through strategic alliances and the mediating role of the strategic mind.
The thesis recommended some proposals directed to the senior management of the General Company for Iraqi Ports to focus on developing joint cooperation strategies with potential partners from the public and private sectors, including the exchange of knowledge and resources and providing the necessary support to facilitate the establishment and management of strategic alliances, and enhance the culture of cooperation between the teams working in the ports, which contributes to achieving the specified goals and facing potential challenges.
