UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES AN AWARENESS-RAISING AND GUIDANCE WORKSHOP ENTITLED (SIX HATS IDEAS)
The Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit at the College of Administration and Economics, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah and the Department of Management Information Systems, organized an educational and guidance workshop entitled (Six Hats Ideas).
The workshop, which was lectured by Assist. L. Narjes Aqeel Abdul Wahid, a lecturer in the Department of Management Information Systems. And in the halls of the Department of Management Information Systems.
It addressed the concept of the six hats, which is a thinking and imagination technique based on wearing hats of different colors, each hat represents a different perspective or position. This technique was developed by Edward de Bono, a neurologist and philosopher.
The workshop aimed to stimulate creative thinking and improve communication and cooperation in a variety of contexts, including business, education and research.
In conclusion, the workshop recommended organizing and managing thinking in order to obtain correct and disciplined decision-making. It focuses on generating new and innovative ideas.
