A MASTER'S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES MEASURING THE QUALITY OF ELECTRONIC SERVICE USING THE QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT:
Master's thesis researched in the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah (Measuring the quality of electronic service using the quality function deployment)- an applied study in the Iraqi Oil Tankers Company.
The researcher's thesis (Jawdat Kazem Khalaf) aims to improve the company's electronic services to contribute to improving operational efficiency by simplifying and accelerating processes, reducing errors, saving time and effort, which enhances overall productivity and provides more accurate data, which helps in making better decisions.
The thesis concluded that it is possible to apply the quality function deployment tool in order to improve the quality of electronic services in the Iraqi Oil Tankers Company.
