UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES AN AWARENESS AND GUIDANCE WORKSHOP ENTITLED (RISKS OF IRREGULAR MIGRATION)
The Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit at the College of Administration and Economics, in cooperation with the Labor Resources and Labor Migration Center, Department of Labor and Vocational Training / Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, organized an educational and guidance workshop entitled (Risks of irregular migration). 
The workshop, which was lectured by Counselor Ali Ghazi from the Labor Resources and Labor Migration Center and Counselor Atyaf Mazhar from the Labor Resources and Labor Migration Center, included the main risks faced by irregular migrants and their causes, which constitute a major danger to individuals and societies. 
The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the main causes of irregular migration, legal procedures and penalties followed in it. In conclusion,
The workshop recommended providing accurate and updated information about job opportunities, immigration conditions, laws and regulations related to immigration, and providing training and rehabilitation courses for students to improve their skills and qualifications.
