HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES THE EVALUATION OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR IMPLEMENTING THE ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
The higher diploma research at the College of Administration and Economics in the Department of Business Administration discussed the topic of evaluating the requirements for implementing the energy management system within the standard specifications, a case study in the General Company for the Distribution of Electricity in the South, by the researcher Asmaa Rahim Karim. 
The research included measuring the gap between the actual reality and the requirements for implementing the international specifications for the energy management system in the General Company for the Distribution of Electricity in the South.
The research aimed to identify the competent cadres in the Quality Management Department in the application, documentation and review of the application of the requirements of the international energy system.
In conclusion, the research recommended implementing the requirements that contribute to the success of this system.
