UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES A CHARITABLE MARKET WITHIN THE WORLD ENTREPRENEURSHIP WEEK:
On Sunday 1/12/2024 the team of Banking and financial sciences and banking sciences held its first bazaar entitled (good companions) in the external squares of the College of Administration and Economics, coinciding with the World Entrepreneurship Week.
The market, which was opened by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Abdel -Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, accompanied by the Dean assistant for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Uday Safaa Al -Din Al -Batat, included the provision of sweets and food, displaying accessories, handicrafts, various books and paintings and selling them at symbolic prices, so that their proceeds go to leukemia in the Child Specialized Hospital.
The establishment of the charitable market, which came in response to the initiative launched by the Prime Minister to support and finance the private sector through many small entrepreneurial projects and handicrafts that indicate innovation and creativity youth cards within the entrepreneurial works.
