UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES AN EDUCATIONAL AWARENESS WORKSHOP ENTITLED (PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS OF THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT AND ITS IMPACT ON THE SCIENTIFIC LEVEL)
The Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit in the College of Administration and Economics  in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Development and Education at the University of Basrah within the activities of the guiding week for the academic year 2024-2025 organizes an educational awareness workshop entitled (psychological disorders of the university student and its impact on the scientific level on Wednesday 27/11/2024.
Where the workshop included the present in which the official of the Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit at the college of Administration and Economics, L. Ban Tawfiq Najm and the human development coach and family counseling Hawra Muhammad Jabr the importance and knowledge of the psychological and behavioral influences accompanying students during school life.
The workshop aimed to introduce students to the types of mental disorders and distinguish them from physical disorders.
In conclusion, the workshop recommended the development of basic points to get rid of mental disorders represented in setting and following a correct health and psychological system, exercising continuously, strengthening religious goats, arming knowledge and choosing good companionship
