PARTICIPATION OF LECTURERS IN A SPECIAL DIALOGUE SESSION ON DECENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT AND THE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF WEALTH IN THE IRAQI CONSTITUTION
Assist. Prof. Dr. Shaaban Al-Amara and L. Dr. Taher Jasib Al-Baaj participated in a special dialogue session on ((Decentralized management and the system of distribution of wealth in the Iraqi constitution)) nominated by Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein Tawfiq, the  Dean of the College, and Dr. Firas Al-Husseini, Advisor to the House of Representatives for Research and Development, and approved by the European Foundation for Dialogue and Development, and attended by professors, competencies and specialists from the people of Basrah and the respected Governor of Basrah, Eng. Asaad Al-Eidani, on Saturday 23/11/2025 in Al-Zubair Hall at the Grand Millennium Hotel in Basrah. 
The session aims to serve Iraq and the people of Basrah and to research their rights and the economic problems of Basra, especially due to the abhorrent centralization and the legislated and unimplemented decentralization.
