BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH (EVALUATION OF PROJECT QUALITY IMPLEMENTATION PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO THE STANDARD)                                                                                           
The discussion of the Higher Diploma in Business Administration was discussed ((Evaluating the performance of project quality implementation according to the standard)).
The research presented by the student (Hussein Jabbar Youssef) consisted of four chapters, the first chapter dealt with previous studies and research methodology, the second chapter included the theoretical side of the study, and the third chapter included the scientific aspect, and the fourth and last chapter came with the most important conclusions and recommendations.
The aim of the research is to identify and identify the role of evaluating the performance of project quality implementation according to the international standards lso.10006 2003, highlighting the role and effectiveness of project quality implementation performance evaluation, as well as identifying comprehensive international standards in evaluating project quality implementation performance.
The researcher concluded that the clarification of the results of the evaluation of the performance of the implementation of the quality of the projects according to the international specifications of the Basra Gas Company is carried out according to the standards and low foundations by the relevant company and through the inspection list it is found that the beneficiary focuses attention on quality standards and schedule.
The researcher recommended the necessity of adopting the use of comprehensive criteria to judge the implementation of project quality performance in accordance with international standards in Basra Gas Company to improve performance for project implementation and increase beneficiaries' satisfaction, and the necessity for a special unit for evaluation, follow-up and implementation of the quality of projects that carry out the process of guidance and counseling and works to know the opinion of stakeholders and the extent of their satisfaction  Implementing and evaluating project quality performance.
