A HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES STRATEGIC SCENARIOS FOR FACING CRISES A STUDY IN THE SHIITE ENDOWMENT OFFICE IN LIGHT OF THE CORONA PANDEMIC 
The Higher Diploma in Business Administration discussed strategic scenarios for facing crises, a study in the Shiite Endowment Office in the Corona pandemic.
The research presented by the student (Hussein Jaloub al-Subaihawi) included four chapters, the first chapter dealt with previous studies and research methodology, the second chapter included the theoretical side of the study, and the third chapter the scientific aspect, and the fourth and final chapter came with the most important conclusions and recommendations.
The aim of the research was an attempt to describe and analyze the nature of awareness formed by the leaderships of the Shiite Endowment Office in building scenarios and managing crises, and to know the degree of awareness of the leaderships in the Bureau of the Shiite Endowment of the methodology of intervention for crisis management.
The researcher concluded that the followers of the strategic scenario method have a great role in activating the strategic thinking of the leaderships of the Shiite Endowment Office and providing a number of alternatives to confront the current and future crisis. The use of scenarios also improves the flexibility of responding to environmental changes that take place within the framework of an unclear vision and better preparation for crises.
The researcher recommended the necessity of working to define the training and development programs necessary to develop the capabilities of the study community in how to manage the current and future crisis, and to seek assistance from the Ministry of Health's cadres and expertise by preparing workshops for employees in the Bureau to clarify how to prevent and limit the spread of this epidemic and strive to provide financial, human and information resources for the success the process of controlling the Corona crisis.
