THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DIRECTS THE SUPERVISORS OF THE PROCESSIONS AT THE UNIVERSITY TO MOBILIZE TO SERVE THE VISITORS

The President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, directed during his meeting with the supervisors of the processions at the university to contribute effectively to serving the visitors of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), and stressed the need to mobilize all the university's logistical, human and technical capabilities to support and install the processions at the Shalamcheh port and at the gate of the Karmat Ali Colleges Complex to provide services to the crowds of visitors heading to the holy Karbala to revive the Arbaeen pilgrimage ceremonies, in addition to providing the mechanisms for transporting visitors, to emphasize the solidarity and integration between the university and the community required by the message of Ashura and its eternal humanitarian goals
And through cooperation with the Basrah Health Department, the President of the University stressed the installation of medical detachments at the Shalamcheh border port to provide medical services to all visitors.
