POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF IMPLEMENTING THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM STANDARD 9001-2015 ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE                                                                                
The Higher Diploma in Business Administration on (The Impact of Implementing the Quality Management System Standard 9001-2015 on Financial Performance) discussed an applied study at the General Iron and Steel Company in Basra.
The research presented by the student (Ali Hamid Ahmed Hussein) consisted of four chapters, the first chapter dealt with the theoretical side, the second chapter included previous studies and research methodology, and the third chapter included the field side of the study, and the fourth and last chapter came with the most important conclusions and recommendations.
The aim of the research is to show the extent of the impact of this system on financial performance while determining the type of relationship between them, as well as presenting practical proposals that can be used by the body in question and getting to know the quality management system 9001-2015
The researcher concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the independent variable of the quality management system on financial performance through high arithmetic means.
The researcher recommended the necessity of adopting the method of financial analysis, planning budget and sales as tools that the company and its financial, supervisory and marketing management must know how to invest them in order to reach high financial performance, and the general concepts of implementing the quality management system lead to improving productivity and working methods, reducing time, effort and speed in achievement, and thus improving  Performance, increased sales and realization of financial benefits.
