The student, Ahmed Salem Abd Ali, from the College of Administration and Economics, Department of Banking and Financial Sciences at the University of Basrah, represented Iraqi university students at the central ceremony for graduating students, which was held at the Abbasi Shrine in the Holy Governorate of Karbala.
