THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES A SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR ON HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE SERVICES OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND STATISTICS AND ITS AFFILIATED DIRECTORATES

On Monday 29/4/ 2024 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a scientific seminar in cooperation with the Directorate of Planning and Statistics in Basrah under the title ((the positive and negative use of the services and data of the Ministry of Planning) by students, researchers, and professors.
The seminar which was attended by representatives of the Directorate of Planning and Statistics, Basrah Branch, and a representative of the General Office of the Minister of Planning, included methods and mechanisms that contribute to students, researchers, and professors obtaining recent data on all sectors of the Iraqi economy in an easy way, as well as how to use the official website for the Ministry of Planning and to benefit from it. 
The seminar aimed to overcome the difficulties facing researchers by launching a questionnaire form, the aim of which was to identify the most important problems facing researchers and develop solutions for them, as well as improving the work and performance of the Directorate of Planning and Statistics, Basrah Branch in particular, and the site and services of the Ministry of Planning in general.
