THE DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION –COLLEGE OF ADMINISTRATION AND ECONOMICS AT BASRA UNIVERSITY TAKES THE INIVIATIVE TO VISIT A STUDENT’S HOME AFTER HER SUDDEN INTERRUPTION:

In an initiative that is the first of its kind, the two instructors visited the assistant lecturer Ali Lafta Khalaf, and Dr. Zainab Shalal Akkar, two lecturers in the Department of Business Administration - College of Administration and Economics at Basra University, the house of a student in the Department of Business Administration, the second phase, who suddenly stopped working, to see the student’s situation and to know the reasons for her interruption.

Khalaf indicated that her family was met, represented by her father, Mr. Issa Hamed Al-Baaj, and delivered to him a letter of authorization by the Deanship of the College to view the reasons for the student's interruption, and after knowing the reasons, the problem was resolved and the student will return to the studies starting next Sunday.

Khalaf added that the educational advisory file is one of the important files that Basra University emphasized with the aim of following up the conditions of students and their problems and the actual participation in solving them, explaining that the official of the Educational Guidance Committee in the Department of Business Administration asked the student to inform her of any problem she faces in the future in order to solve it and prevent its impact On the course of its study.
