UNIVERSITY OF BASRA ORGANIZES AN AWARENESS WORKSHOP ON (THE ART OF TIME MANAGEMENT)
The Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit was organized in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah Department of Banking & Financial Sciences educational guidance workshop entitled (The Art of Time Management) on Tuesday 12/3/2024
The workshop, which was attended by the L. Ban Tawfiq, the educational guidance officer in the Department of Banking & Financial sciences, and L. Dr. Shorouk Khalaf, a lecturer in the Department of Banking and financial Sciences, and L. Mayada Kazem, a lecturer in the department of banking & financial science.
The workshop aimed to be able to manage time effectively, as this leads to improved efficiency and productivity, reduced stress, and increased chances of success in life.
In conclusion, the workshop recommended focusing on time management, which is actually changing behaviors and not time, as the best thing to start with is getting rid of the things that waste your time by determine some goals that you will achieve.
