A HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF ELECTRONIC PLANNING AND POLARIZATION ON WORK TURNOVER:   
The higher diploma in business administration discussed ((The effect of electronic planning and polarization on work turnover)) - an analytical study.
The research presented by the student (Abbas Abdel Jalil Abbas) consisted of four chapters, the first chapter dealt with previous studies and research methodology, the second chapter included the theoretical framework of the study, and the third chapter included the field side, and the fourth and last chapter came with the most important conclusions and recommendations.
The aim of the research is to identify the reality of application and practice and benefit from the electronic planning and polarization of human resources in the institution, the research sample, and to identify the level of work turnover in the institution and the nature and impact of the relationship between planning and electronic polarization on the rate of work turnover.
The researcher recommended the need to increase the effectiveness of planning and electronic polarization through training on the use of electronic management applications that would increase the effectiveness of electronic planning and polarization and work on developing special software to facilitate the planning and recruitment process on the organization’s website. He also recommended the need to encourage workers to increase the activation of the shift to planning and recruitment practices.  Electronic in the organization because of its effective contribution to achieving competitive precedence in terms of time, cost, flexibility and speed of response.
The researcher concluded that there is a positive effect of significant statistical significance between the independent variable and the dependent variable as an important dimension of the dimensions of work turnover, as the calculated value of F reached (29.03) and this result indicates that electronic planning affects and is affected by administrative functions and at all level which is generally reflected in the employees’ sense of satisfaction towards enterprise.
