
BASRA UNIVERSITY IS DISCUSSING WITH THE MALAYSIAN UNIVERSITY OF UTARA PROSPECTS FOR JOINT SCIENTIFIC COOPERATION:
The College of Administration and Economics at Basra University discussed with the Malaysian Uttara University the prospects for joint scientific and academic cooperation.The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Dr. Yusuf Ali Abdul-Asadi, said that the college is determined to strengthen joint cooperation with international universities with the aim of agreeing on a number of points that contribute to the development of scientific relations between the two parties
Al-Asadi indicated that cooperation includes holding training courses at the Malaysian Uttara University, granting postgraduate PhD students who have completed the course phase, training courses in scientific research methodology, providing research grants to conduct joint research on both sides, amounting to more than (5,000) dollars for one research, as well as providing study seats for professors. The college who wishes to complete the doctorate in the various specializations of the college and participate in the establishment of international conferences and cooperation in the field of publishing scientific research.
