UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES A VISIT TO THE CHILD SPECIALIZED HOSPITAL
The Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit, in cooperation with a group of teaching staff at the college, on Sunday 2/3/2024 a visit to the Child Specialist Hospital as a voluntary, social and humanitarian initiative to closely see the conditions of children with cancer and stand by them.
The visit included a tour of the hospital's corridors and to give some gifts in kind to the children.
The visit concluded with the praise of doctors and employees of the hospital with this noble humanitarian initiative, which is one of the important visits to provide moral support to these children and encourage them in order to overcome this disease and recover.
It is noteworthy that this visit is within the community service program developed by the educational guidance and psychological guidance unit in the college for this year and it comes within the dealing with humanitarian cases as a community activity carried out by the unit.
