BASRA UNIVERSITY ISSUES A BOOK ON LEADERSHIP (THE LEADERSHIP):

A book entitled “The Leadership” was issued by Prof. Dr. Abdul-Redha Faraj Badrawi, a lecturer in the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences - College of Management and Economics at Basra University, by the author's publishing house.

Badrawi explained that the book aims to build an open approach to understanding the theoretical frameworks that guide and govern the achievement, in addition to the international experiences that have proven their validity.

Indicating that the importance of the book lies in providing a summary that helps leaders to shorten time, instead of learning from experience alone after a long period of time, the fruits of scientific giving present diverse and ready-made recipes full of lessons, knowledge and experience to enhance the skills of leaders and provide them with capabilities consistent with the requirements of the tasks they undertake.
