The Master Thesis in Accounting Sciences - College of Administration and Economics at Basra University was discussed and tagged ((The effect of central financing on extractive oil companies' projects - a practical case in the Southern Oil Company)) by student Abdul-Hussein Kazim Naeem Al-Abbas under the supervision of Dr. Abdul-Hussein Tawfiq Shibli.

Al-Abbas stated that the study aims to analyze the impact of financing extractive oil companies' projects within the central financing (the state's general budget) on the organizational structure, costs, revenues, and cash liquidity) and to find a new method for financing procedures and project capitalization, in addition to studying the impact of central financing for the company and the extent of  The possibility of reducing time and effort in financing procedures from the Ministry of Finance and procedures for capitalizing projects within the South Oil Company.
