BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES INTERNATIONAL MARITIME SALES CONTRACTS AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MARITIME TRANSPORT SECTOR IN IRAQ FOR THE PERIOD 2003-2015:

The discussion room of the College of Management and Economics at the University of Basra was held to discuss a master’s thesis in economic sciences and tagged ((International Maritime Sales Contracts and their Impact on the Development of the Maritime Transport Sector in Iraq for the Period 2003-2015)) for master’s student Adnan Habib Arouj, and under the supervision of Dr. Shaban Saddam al-Amara.

The researcher explained that the importance of the research stems from the economic effects and obligations of the exporter and importer as a result of using the CIF sale or the FOB sale, and its mutual reflection in the development of the maritime transport sector in part of the mobile, represented by the maritime transport fleet and its fixed port represented by the commercial ports.
