BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE INTERNATIONAL ENERGY AGENCY IN THE GLOBAL OIL MARKET FOR THE PERIOD 1995-2015:

The discussion room of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra was held to discuss the master's thesis in economics tagged ((The role of the International Energy Agency in the global oil market for the period 1995-2015)) for master’s student Maryam Alaa Hashem and under the supervision of Prof.  Nabil Jaafar Abdel Reda.

Hashem explained that the establishment of the International Energy Agency by the United States came in order to form a front to confront the countries producing crude oil in the Middle East and to re-control the market. The International Energy Agency includes the 29 countries that consumed the most crude oil.
