BASRA UNIVERSITY HOLDS A SYMPOSIUM ON DRUG CONTROL:

The Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, in cooperation with the delegation of the Ministry of Electricity - the Minister’s office, held a seminar on drug control, which was moderated by Miss (Anwar Subhi Abdul Razzaq), the Human Development Trainer, as per the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.

Whereas, the aim of the symposium is to educate students about the harms of drugs and ways to combat them, and to put forward a set of recommendations on the necessary means to get rid of drugs and their dimensions from Iraqi society.

At the end of the symposium a certificate of appreciation was presented to Miss Anwar by Dr. Abdel-Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, in appreciation and gratitude for her efforts in launching the seminar.
