BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES A SEMINAR ON ((SPENDING LEADERSHIP AND ITS ROLE IN HOME ECONOMICS)):

A panel discussion was discussed in the Economics Department of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, entitled ((Expenditure Leadership and its Role in Home Economics)), prepared by the two instructors (Prof. Dr. Raja Abdullah) and (Prof. Suhad Ahmed Rashid)

The two researchers indicated that the family’s budget is important for its stability, but it sometimes turns into a conflict between the spouses, especially when each of them wants to acquire the right to manage it and set spending priorities, believing that it is the most efficient in financial matters.

The two researchers pointed to a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the rationalization of consumption and moving away from wasteful and proud consumption because it is a national responsibility and work must be done to establish training courses and television programs to educate members of society.
